The food is nice and really yummy. The front desk is a bit slow and unresponsive. I kept asking for an iron box but they couldn't provide it so i was forced to wear un-ironed shirt.
The management need to consider simple things like iron boxes and iron boards since those make a difference between average and excellent.
Nice hotel the neighborhood is off the main road about 200m but safe enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful. About a $30 taxi ride. The hotel can pick you up for the same price. There looked like a good Indian restaurant beside the hotel but I never made it.
I love Kivimilimani Hotel. The location is perfect. The security is great and the staff are very welcoming and hospitable. The food is finger licking and has variety. I would recommend the hotel to both friends and family.
